Donald Trump Lashes Out

which is a sure sign that Vance lost the VP debate

In normal times, the GOP nominee might be touting a fairly decent debate performance by his running mate. JD Vance, to his credit, managed not to be creepy or weird.

But Donald Trump is the GOP nominee, he is not normal, so….

Donald Trump has instead freaked out a lot over the last two days.

The reason Donald is freaking out is that U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan ordered the Department of Justice to lay out its case in view of the odious decison by the US Supreme Court in US v. Trump.

As a result, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith filed a 165 page page brief, Here’s page one.

To be fair, the other 164 pages are just as dunning. Including this one, where Donald Trump basically okays rioting.

Which led to this.

All because Donald Trump could not handle losing.

The level of dissonace between reality and fantasy for Trump was so bad on January 6, 2021 that the House Minority Leader (Kevin McCarthy) called him to get Trump to get the mob at the Capitol to stop. McCarthy knew who was behind the violence.

The filing by Jack Smith has enraged Donald to the point of posting this.

Of course that DOJ rule was violated by FBI Director James Comey on October 14, 2016 when he re-opened a nothing-burger case against Hillary Clinton. No, not really “re-opened” just made it look like he was doing so.

The problem with Donald’s argument is that it is not the DOJ, it’s Judge Chutkan. And Chutkan is basically following the orders the Supreme Court.
