Why Donald Trump's legal team is failing

I am working on another post, but I thought this brief podcast from Brian Tyler Cohen was too important not to share now.

Essentially, Trump’s sole witness in the Porn Star Payoff case in Manhattan just got chewed out by Justice Juan Merchan for his antics on the stand, including “giving him (the judge) the side eye” — a phrase I have not heard since “Seinfeld”.

Spot-on analysis that Donald Trump’s lawyers only care about impressing The Donald.

Acquitting their client or getting a hung jury (both of which would be wins) apparently are not considerations.
