The sleeping is concerning not just because it’s a bad look for a defendant, it’s not a good political look either.
If you’ve picked the nickname “Sleepy Joe” for your opponenent, the last thing you want is to be caught napping during trial. I am certain President Biden’s speechwriters have begun tapping out a slew of one-liners to infuriate The Donald.

And his Truth Social posts are less and less about messaging and feeding his base, and are becoming more and more about his trial.
